“There was no one at the facility! I happened to run into an employee dropping by and he pointed me toward a room that had been prepared: there was no formal check-in or check-out at all! ROom was clean and well prepared. No food within a half hour drive (the restaurant advertised was closed).”

The hotel itself is a bit outdated, but the room was pretty well-kept and the housekeeping staff was friendly. Aside from a few issues (tricky tub faucet, slow-draining bathroom sink, shower rod not fully secured, and a very brief overnight power outage one night), everything was okay. “The staff was quite helpful and exceptional. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel!”

“Dilapidated exterior, passable but funky interior, seemed like low income apartment situation that i had to pay high price for. Evening it turned full party mode in parking lot and adjoining rooms. Walls are thin. Luckily people quieted down at some point and my kid and I got decent sleep…but it didn’t feel safe or standard for an expensive motel.”

“Rooms were clean. The waterpark was good, a bit crowded in the hot pool that leads to outside but it was okay. They told me that they were understaffed when I went with my family spring break week. Also many of the attractions (water and dry) were either not open or we were told it would open much later in the day. Little dining options.”

“The rooms and the lobby were fine, but the hallways were very rundown, the doors were old and hard to open, and the room itself could have been cleaner. Outside of the hotel was really rough too - I almost didn't want to stay. The parking lot looked deserted. Also...no secure wifi????”

“The room was lovely. The hotel is beautiful. We had a room in the actual building not in one of the outbuilding/cabins unfortunately because we were there just at the opening of season. The restaurant and bar were not up yet. Travel to other restaurants is good 10 to 15 minutes or longer. The pool was not open yet of course but during season, I’m sure it’s lovely and the staff was kind and very attentive.”

“The breakfast offered is nice variety. Room was not cramped for space. Loved the bathroom- 2 sink and mirror area. Great for doing hair and makeup. Everything was great.”
